Current Mailing Schedule

If you order your package today, the following will be your schedule for mailing:

  • Mail Package #1: Ships in 3 business days via USPS with tracking. Delivery takes place 2-5 business days after shipping.
  • Mail Package #2 (and beyond): Sent via regular mail on 2nd Friday of each month.

Can I order this as a gift for someone?

Absolutely. BelovedMail is designed to be experienced by all. Each monthly box includes everything they need — the letter, keepsakes, and any selected items from their tier. Just enter their delivery address at checkout.

When will the 1st letter package ship?

Your package will ship within 3 business days of when you subscribe. Aftwerwards, all packages ship on the second Friday of each month. Once shipped, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive notification via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

Yes — you can unsubscribe whenever you wish. We understand that grief journeys change, and we honor your choice. Simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of your account page or email us your request to unsubscribe, and your subscription will be canceled. You won’t be charged moving forward, and you’ll stop receiving future packages.

I haven’t subscribed yet. Am I too late?

Not at all. You can subscribe anytime. If you join before the 2nd Friday of the month, your first box will ship that same month. If you subscribe after that date, your journey will begin with the next month’s shipment. We’ll always make sure your experience begins with care.
